Stakeholder meetings
Three meetings with the registered stakeholders are expected to be organized throughout the course of the study to collect input and data from the stakeholders.
- The first stakeholder meeting, which is scheduled for April 9th 2024 from 10:00 to 13:00 CET, will serve to present the general approach to develop both standardised methodologies including the proposed testing plan. The meeting will be organized online.
- The second stakeholder meeting, which will tentatively take place in March 2025, will focus on the output of the testing activities. The meeting shall be hybrid, allowing both virtual participation and attendance onsite in Brussels.
- The third stakeholder meeting, which is planned for September 2026, will focus on the findings of the study, the results and conclusions. The meeting shall be hybrid, allowing both virtual participation and attendance onsite in Brussels.
Prior to the meetings, the available draft deliverables will be shared with the stakeholders so they could present their views and comments during and after the meeting.
